Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 AM the next day (Bathing time until 8:00 AM)
Sunday: 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM (Bathing time until 10:30 PM)
*Please note that hours may change on holidays, New Year’s, Golden Week, and Obon period.

What is the entrance fee for Matsuri-yu?

The entrance fees are as follows:
Adults (junior high school and above): 2,750 yen (tax included)
Children (ages 4 to elementary school students): 1,375 yen (tax included)
Children under 3: Free
Weekend and holiday surcharge (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and specific days): 330 yen (tax included)
Late-night surcharge (every 30 minutes from midnight to 5:00 AM): 275 yen (tax included)

Can children enter Matsuri-yu alone?

No junior high school students or younger are allowed to enter alone.Minors over 16 years old are not allowed to enter until 10:00 p.m.

Can anyone enter Matsuri-yu?

The following customers are not allowed to enter:
- Those who are prohibited from exercising or bathing by a doctor.
- Those who have infectious diseases or other illnesses that may be contagious.
- Those who possess or use drugs or goods prohibited by law.
- Those with tattoos. However, if the tattoos can be fully covered with two designated stickers provided by the facility, entry is allowed.
- Gang-related individuals.
- Those who are suspected of being excessively intoxicated.
- Elderly people and others who cannot bathe alone.

Where is the entrance to Matsuri-yu?

Please take any elevator in the Asakusa ROX building to the 7th floor.
*Please note that you cannot access it via the escalators.

Is there a parking lot at Matsuri-yu?

Please use the Asakusa ROX underground parking lot.
Parking hours: 24 hours (Closed on facility holidays)
Parking spaces: 99
Fees: 360 yen per 30 minutes (400 yen on weekends and holidays)
*Free parking for up to 2 hours for Matsuri-yu guests
*An additional 2 hours free for purchases over 5,000 yen (total of 4 hours free)

How can I become a member of Matsuri-yu?

Please visit us and inform the front desk. In principle, membership services are applied from the day of joining.

What are the membership benefits of Matsuri-yu?

Members enjoy discounted entrance fees and special birthday discounts (up to 5 days before and after the birthday, limited to once). Additionally, we offer free admission tickets based on the number of visits within a certain period.
Adults (junior high school and above) member entrance fee: 2,365 yen (tax included)
Children (ages 4 to elementary school students) entrance fee: 960 yen (tax included) ※Applicable up to 3 children per adult member

Can I leave Matsuri-yu before finishing my visit?

You cannot leave Matsuri-yu before completing your visit. If you wish to return, you will need to go through the entry procedures again after settling your account.

Are pets or food allowed at Matsuri-yu?

Pets and food are not allowed to be brought into Matsuri-yu.

What rental items and amenities are available at Matsuri-yu?

Rental Items (Free): Face towels, bath towels, in-house clothing
Amenities: Toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Is there a place to store large luggage such as suitcases at Matsuri-yu?

Large luggage such as suitcases can be stored for free at the front desk.

We have a women-only "Nap Room Yasuragi" that can be accessed directly from the women's locker room.

Can I enter Matsuri-yu with a wheelchair or cane?

We provide wheelchairs for use within the facility.
Since the number is limited, please confirm by calling (03-3845-7526).
For cane usage, please clean the contact parts before entering.
Using canes in the bathrooms is generally prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you cannot bathe alone without a wheelchair or cane, a same-sex companion is required.
